Did you know, today, July 31, 2024, is Avocado Day? I love silly, unofficial holidays. I think we should celebrate every day.
I do enjoy avocados. I ate one of the best avocado meals at the Tick Tock Diner in New York City. The diner is located inside of The New Yorker which was our hotel on a bus tour trip.

The location was perfect for breakfast before exploring the city. I actually ate the Avocado and Toast breakfast more than once on our stay. I loved the atmosphere of the diner.
